Une pinc\u00e9e de cours magistraux (th\u00e9orie et techniques diverses de n\u00e9gociation), dix \u00e0 douze heures de travaux dirig\u00e9s coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s, un bol de travail et d’investissement personnel (prise de contact avec une accroche probante impliquant l’acheteur, d\u00e9couverte des besoins large mais pr\u00e9cise, arguments adapt\u00e9s au profil SONCAS, r\u00e9ponses aux objections et prise de <\/em>cong\u00e9s), un verre de conviction, un d’enthousiasme et un d’empathie, un soup\u00e7on d’outils d’aide \u00e0 la vente ( ordinateur, catalogue, tablette, produit etc …) et enfin une forte dose de sourire.<\/em><\/p>\n

Pour faire un bon commercial prenez une pinc\u00e9e de cours magistraux avec de la th\u00e9orie et des techniques de n\u00e9gociation. Ajoutez \u00e0 cela dix \u00e0 douze heures de travaux dirig\u00e9s en petits groupes, et faire revenir jusqu’\u00e0 obtenir une base stable en terme de connaissances sur le m\u00e9tier de n\u00e9gociateur, et de techniques de ventes. Puis mettez la pr\u00e9paration au frais pendant un\u00a0 semestre.<\/p>\n

Une fois fini, occupez-vous du bol de travail et d’investissement personnel, assurez-vous qu’il contienne une bonne prise de contact, une d\u00e9couverte des besoins cernant les attentes du prospect, des arguments en nombre et tous adapt\u00e9s au profil SONCAS, ensuite v\u00e9rifiez si les r\u00e9ponses aux objections sont l\u00e0 ainsi qu’une bonne prise de cong\u00e9s. Versez la totalit\u00e9 de ce bol dans un saladier et ajoutez-y tout en remuant \u00e0 l’aide d’un fouet le verre de conviction, celui\u00a0 d’enthousiasme et celui d’empathie jusqu’\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n

Ressortez la pr\u00e9paration du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Beurrez un moule et ajoutez-y les deux pr\u00e9parations pr\u00e9alablement r\u00e9alis\u00e9es.
